Hi, I’m Zainab Sura, and I’m passionate about relationships and the personal growth that comes from authentic, judgment-free connections. As a Certified Practitioner of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I help individuals and couples uncover the root of their challenges with compassion and depth, fostering meaningful and lasting change.

A significant focus of my work revolves around attachment styles, which shape how we connect with others—whether in romantic relationships, friendships, or professional settings. Understanding these patterns allows individuals to break free from unhealthy cycles and create deeper, more secure connections.
